Introduction:

While empires rise and fall in Eastern Europa, the rest of the world takes notice.

Two distant factions, Albion and Togawa, send emissaries to scout the land and employ their own distinct styles of conquering.

Scythe: Invaders from Afar, an expansion for Scythe, adds two new factions: 10 miniatures, 62 custom wooden tokens, and 2 faction mats. It also includes some new cardboard tokens, two new player mats (which increase the player count to up to 7 players), six Automa cards, and a custom plastic insert designed to fit into the expansion box or the original Scythe box.

This expansion for Scythe adds 2 news factions (Albion and Togawa) and the ability to play with up to 6 or 7 players.

Note: This is not a standalone game. Scythe base game is required to play.
Features:

In Scythe: Invaders from Afar, two distant factions, Albion and Togawa, send emissaries to scout the land and employ their own distinct styles of conquering. Scythe Base Game required for play.

Clan Albion - After moving your character, you may place a flag token on the ending territory. Flag tokens can help with character and mech movement and count as a controlled territory for end game scoring.

Togawa Shogunate - After moving your character, you may place an armed trap token on the ending territory. If an opponent moves onto a territory with a trap token, they are penalized.

Scythe: Invaders from Afar Expansion includes components which allow for Scythe to be played with as many as 7 players.
