    The Pwned Games Online website shows current pricing as well as stock availability. Pre-order items and stock on order from our supplier will have a notification displayed on the product details page to advise as such as well as the turnaround ETA.
  • 2. Do you offer a courier or delivery service?

    Yes we do! We have various shipping options available including courier to your door and PostNet (counter to counter) which will be presented to you, with costs included, on checkout.

    We have local Cape Town delivery options starting from R30 depending on where you are based.
    We have nationwide courier options starting from R80 depending on the size of the package and where you are based (main centre/regional).
  • 3. Which courier service do you use?

    We make use of various courier companies which would be chosen and selected per order at our discretion depending on your location and the size of the item being shipped. Main centre deliveries would take approximately 3-5 working days from the time of dispatch with regional delivers taking 5-7 working days.
  • 4. Do you have a walk-in store?

    Yes, we have a physical, walk-in store, based in the Cape Town Foreshore. Use the "Find Us" link on the menu.

  • 6. I don't have a credit card, can I still buy from Pwned Games online?

    Yes, we accept a variety of different payment methods including EFT, Bank Deposit as well as "Cash on Delivery" for local Cape Town "Store to Door" deliveries.
  • 7. Can I trade my games, consoles and accessories in?

    Yes, we do accept trade ins depending on what you have, the condition thereof and your asking price.

    You can send your trade-in requests directly to our buying team via email to [email protected] and we will assist you as best possible.
    NB: Ensure to provide them with the specifics of your item/s as well as your approximate asking price (required to initiate a trade) per item for consideration.

    Please note that all trades must firstly be discussed with our buying team and terms agreed upon before bringing any items into our store for final assessment. Response times are usually same day, but can take up to 72 hours (excluding weekends).

  • 9. Are there any disadvantages of NTSC PS3 and PS4 games?

    DLC and Game Save Cross-Region use is not supported. What does this mean to me?

    1.) Game saves from PAL version games will not work with NTSC versions of the same game and vice versa.

    2.) Downloadable content which is included in the form of a redeemable code from NTSC version games will not work with PAL PSN accounts and vice versa.
    To circumvent this restriction create an NTSC PSN account to redeem the NTSC code. The DLC will then be active across all profiles on the PS3 and PS4 console and you can simply log back into your PAL PSN account to use and play the new content. This is not required if the DLC is included on the disc and only applies if the DLC is provided as a download token / code.
  • 10. Do you offer a repair service and/or damage reports for insurance purposes?

    Yes we do!

    You can send an email to [email protected] to receive feedback on whether we deem that your item could potentially be repaired or not.

    We would require a R500 refundable deposit when booking in any repair item at our store.

    Our standard turnaround time for repairs are 2-4 weeks.

    We are able to supply insurance damage reports at a cost of R350 if your item is beyond economical repair.
  • 11. Do you sell both new and pre-played / used items?

    Yes we do! We stock a wide variety of both new and pre-played games, consoles, accessories and more.

    Brand new, sealed goods are denoted by the word '(New)' in the title, while pre-played goods are denoted by the word '(Pwned)' in the title.
