Introduction:

SEIZE THE UNDERDARK!

Take your place as a villainous leader of a drow house and fight for control of the Underdark. Build your deck throughout the game to recruit drow, dragons, cultists, and demon minions, and use them to assassinate enemy troops or infiltrate and control your opponents’ strongholds. Choose your strategy carefully, though, for only one house can rule the Underdark!

Tyrants of the Underdark pits 2 to 4 players against each other to take over territory in the tumultuous Underdark, mashing up deck-building mechanics with board control.

Designed by Peter Lee, Rodney Thompson, and Andrew Veen, and produced by Gale Force Nine, Tyrants of the Underdark is a competitive board game in which you play as a drow house recruiting monsters, cultists and demons to aid you in controlling locations such as Menzoberranzan and Blingdenstone. Using power and influence as resources, Tyrants of the Underdark features multiple strategies you can use in crafting your deck of minions. Be the spymaster infiltrating your enemy's strongholds or the deadly war-leader concentrating on assassinating enemy troops. No matter how you decide to play, whoever controls most of the Underdark at the end of the game wins, unless there's some hidden strategy in play.

Card Decks:

Game includes 4 unique card decks featuring: Drow, Elemental, Dragon and Daemon. Each game play through will use any two of the four decks which can be mixed and matched toy our liking.

Game Board:

Take up key position in the Underdark to solidify your dominance. But be wary of the enemy houses’ attacks as your movements will surly draw attention!

Assassins Infiltrate!:

Utilize your Assassins to infiltrate enemy strongholds and sites. Each Assassin can help make way for you troops to gain a foothold in enemy territory.

Soldiers Assemble For Battle!:

Soldiers are the main stay of any army. Use your troops to hold key strategic sites on the map to earn yourself a dominating victory over the other Drow houses.
